This is a nice hotel with really large suites. I stayed in one of the smaller suites and I swear it's almost as big as my 1br apt in Vancouver. The restaurant on site was fantastic -- reasonably priced (particularly the wine), delicious food and super friendly and professional service. The only downsides were that the pool was over run constantly with families and kids, so if you are a family this is awesome, but for solo travellers it's not the greatest. I also had a ton of stomping over my head, but I asked the receptionist if they could call them and ask them to quiet a bit and they were super good about it which was great. Really good place overall.

Families, not couples

Our room was beautiful, very clean and spacious but our deck was facing the two big dumpsters out front. I feel like we could have got a better room for 378 a night and it definitely didnt look all booked up. The young lady that checked us in wasn't friendly and didnt make us feel overly welcome when we arrived. There was a child in ths suite above us running around so loud so that was annoying. There is not proper sound proofing between the walls and ceiling and floors. The pool chairs were nice but the pool was cloudy as it had been swarmed with children earlier. If your staying here for a family vacation with young children I would recommend but not for a night away as a couple.

We atay here every spring when we come up. Staff is friendly, and our room is always tidy. We especially appreciate the kitchens, which make it easy for us to cook for ourselves, eat breakfast in our suite, etc. The Intermezzo restaurant on-site is a great placenfor dinner as well.
