First of all just trying to find the property was difficult. You go in the entrance to another hotel in order to get to Sure Stay. Secondly, the hotel was dated and needs renovating. Blinds in the room did not work properly. No safe in the room. No clock in the room. Thirdly, the breakfast was very basic. Unappetizing pastries. No meat. No yogurt.

Front desk staff and housekeeping staff was always rude and seemed like they didn’t want to help guests at all. One morning after 7 mornings of getting breakfast and bringing to our room we were told that all food had to stay in the breakfast area. There is no signage stating this and no one said anything the whole week.

2 fans in bathroom no way to turn on. Couldnt use the shower due to black mold, hinges on door were rusted. I took pictures. Run down in need of updating. Maintenance of room terrible. Not recommeneded.

Good location, nice room

The hotel was comfortable enough. I've stayed here several times. The room was very spacious, especially for the price. My only real complaint was the person who checked me in. Very disinterested in her job. Acted like I was interrupting her smoke break. Only did the bare minimum. Other staff (day and 3rd shift) were super nice. I was there 2 nights.

I stayed in many hotels all over the state of Florida and I have to say that this particular sure stay by Best Western was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff was rude the rooms were shabby housekeeping was intrusive and management or untrained and very unprofessional

Property copies your ID and keeps this photo copy. Florida Hotel ID data capturing illegal. No hotel is to keep on file your ID in photo. High risk fraud potential by staff, or anyone that wants to sell your data. Questioned this practice, no hotel stay. Services denied to a illegal capture, told to leave.

They took my money by charging me three different times for the pet fee of 150.00 dollars. They credited me 150.00 only to pay for the first charge. During my stay , my room blinds didn’t shut at all, so people could see in my room. Moreover, when I asked for a receipt the lady didn’t want to give me it and said why do you need a receipt when I told you the amount. Then she printed out one receipt ,and I told her that I need another receipt where it listed the pet too. And when I was getting my birds to bring to my room, he dropped water and some seeds and the lady said now which of the birds is going to clean it up. I have never had a horrible experience like this at any hotel.
