This place was a disaster as soon as we arrived. Front desk said there is low water pressure and no hot water. They gave us a room the door key didn’t work but the curtains were open there was no TV in the room. Went back to the office she proceeded to give us another room that room was dirty and smelled like an ashtray. Went back to the office to cancel called Expedia the front desk lady hung up on the Expedia agent and proceeded to sa to me lady you ain’t gotta do all that I can take care of it. Then she again gives us another room. Went to the room it smelled like sewer. We did not feel safe at this property so we left and checked into another hotel. The holiday inn Express. It was fantastic.

When we got to check in we were informed there was low water pressure and no hot water, we requested a refund and were told we’d have to contact Expedia. I contacted them and they attempted to call the hotel to verify to refund me, however, the hotel didn’t answer. We then decided to try and stay in order to not lose money and were given a room that when we got to it the door was already open from the outside and wouldn’t shut and there was absolutely no power to it, we then were given another room and it had mold in the shower and there was NO water pressure. Terrible experience and not offered money back even after leaving immediately and making front desk aware.

The staff stood out the most. I appreciate yall and how you all take care of us. I must say though, there are tiny bugs that bite in the room. I wake up with bites but besides that everything is good. Every room should have extra toilet paper and a broom btw :)

it didn't have running water!!...and no one bothered to contact me before I drove 10 hours only to find the rooms weren't even usable. Then had to drive around to find alternatives at 10pm at night.

Air was fine The receptionist lacked people skills although she was most likely under duress given the furnace had gone down and there was no hot water in the whole place she did offer for me to go to another or to cancel my reservation but it was past midnight and I just wanted to put my head down somewhere so I really didn't care so much about that but you know the deck was on a lean the second floor where I was and there was like the railing didn't seem sturdy they did have caution tapes up and there were a lot of different things but thanks

The room was not advertised got stuck with this room I’m never booking with Expedia ever again the room cost me 53 a night I stayed for two nights a total of 121.51 there was no hot water or water pressure to rake a bath the fact there still renting these rooms is beyond me the whole property has no hot water or water pressure
