This place was a disaster as soon as we arrived. Front desk said there is low water pressure and no hot water. They gave us a room the door key didnât work but the curtains were open there was no TV in the room. Went back to the office she proceeded to give us another room that room was dirty and smelled like an ashtray. Went back to the office to cancel called Expedia the front desk lady hung up on the Expedia agent and proceeded to sa to me lady you ainât gotta do all that I can take care of it. Then she again gives us another room. Went to the room it smelled like sewer. We did not feel safe at this property so we left and checked into another hotel. The holiday inn Express. It was fantastic.
When we got to check in we were informed there was low water pressure and no hot water, we requested a refund and were told weâd have to contact Expedia. I contacted them and they attempted to call the hotel to verify to refund me, however, the hotel didnât answer. We then decided to try and stay in order to not lose money and were given a room that when we got to it the door was already open from the outside and wouldnât shut and there was absolutely no power to it, we then were given another room and it had mold in the shower and there was NO water pressure. Terrible experience and not offered money back even after leaving immediately and making front desk aware.
