Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. We loved the location and enjoyed the view of the arena. Unfortunately there was a very loud rap concert that didn’t end until almost midnight and we had an early flight the next day. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again myself but would check the concert schedule first

The staff was first class. Very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the apartments which is at another site. They transported our bags for us and it was a short 10 minute walk. No problem. What a lovely hotel. Next door to the arena and so close to restaurants and bars. The room was clean and very comfortable. The roof top bar with great views across the city. But it is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff which makes this hotel amazing we will definitely stay again

A find in Verona!

This hotel is a small boutique property steps away from the Arena di Verona. There are amply restaurants, museums and historical sites within easy walking distance. — The property is expertly run, with a competent, charming and professional team at the front desk, concierge and housekeepIng. We have been to Hotel Milano twice and each time our room included an outdoor space. Also, the terrace bar on the rooftop is lovely with priceless views of the ancient Arena.
