I stayed here for a weekend on a work trip. It was an experience let me tell you. Upon checking in, I realized that parking was an additional $30 a day for valet parking, otherwise you can park in public parking for free from 8pm-8am 10 minutes of a walk from the hotel ( I go to bed at 8:30 so this wasn't ideal for me. I learned that there was no pool, nor a free breakfast like other BWP's has. Additionally, there is no microwave or utensils in the hotel rooms. Environment inside was clean, staff were friendly for the most part (except this one person who would just glare at me every time I passed them), and the outside was unsafe as there were many drug users and loud visitors to the near by drag queen club. I complained and they re-imbursed for a few coffees but otherwise, I would not stay here again.

The staff here are amazing, and management obviously has put customer service as a priority. There was an issue with hot water on the first night, but it was dealt with quickly. We received Starbucks gift card, and chocolates as an apology. There is a fantastic restaurant attached to the hotel, and we would highly recommend it for breakfast/brunch. The hotel is within walking distance of everything in Victoria.

The hotel was very close to Government Street and we just had a short walk down to the harbour. The area felt safe and was close to public transportation. We really enjoyed our stay.
