The room was clean and warm, nice view. The staff were pleasant, and they let us leave the car there for a couple of hours after we checked out. Nice coffee downstairs with coffee mate and caramel, very nice. I liked the Dove toiletries too.

Booked a suite harbour view, got put into a prison cell of a room. Toilet wouldn’t flush upon arrival, requested a room change, second room was decent but very hot and fan provided doesn’t do much justice. Would not stay again.
