Convenient, quiet, comfortable, great free breakfast. Kingsize bed was a little too soft and they offered a queen bed room but it was also soft so we stayed with the king. Highly recommend this hotel as we are long time vacationers in Victoria and haveb stayed at many different harbour front hotels.

Excellent value well located hotel

We had a suite which was very comfortable, with a door to a verandah for fresh air. The included buffet breakfast is excellent. There are lounge areas to relax. General access to a computer and printer is available to print travel documents. It is an easy walk to restaurants, the waterfront, Parliament House, shopping and the museum which is highly recommended. The Seattle Ferry terminal is a short walk. We had some deer enjoy the grass outside the hotel one evening.

Meh lobby, nice rooms!

Spent one night here. Really nice rooms with a really dated looking lobby. Would rather they put their Reno’s into my stay so no complaints. Would stay again close to tons of Victoria greatness.

Perfect location. Close to everything Staff was great. Was a little concerned about location not knowing anything about the area but the place is a great deal. It’s not the ritz but it’s spacious and clean and you can walk to everything. I’d stay here again

My friend and I were welcomed upon arrival by a lovely receptionist. Our breakfasts were top notch. The location was ideal for our entire stay. This is a return visit for me and I plan to stay here next trip.

Photos of property highlighted cute rooms with exposed bricks. May be in some but not in the room we were offered. The beds could use an upgrade but did the job for one night. Continental breakfast will keep us coming back. So many options and my kids said it made up for the lack of a pool.

Enjoyed our stay . Our room was very large with 2 balconies .It was nice to have housekeeping service the room everyday which doesn’t always happen these days . The building was very clean . The breakfast was wonderful and the staff looking after the breakfast did a great job ! They were always tidying the area , restocking food items and plates and glasses and cutlery it was very well looked after ! The area around the hotel had a lot of tourists around but it was very quiet and safe . My only comment would it would have been nice to have some patio furniture on the decks so you could sit out there . I also think the room we were in could probably get pretty warm in the summer in the bedroom as the air conditioning didn’t quite reach that far - but there was a fan and if you opened both deck doors you could get a breeze going through. Location was great and we would definitely stay here again .
