The location was convenience and super central in Downtown right by the inner harbour. The “renovated rooms” looked super outdated. The beds were uncomfortable, I woke up every morning with a sore back. The shower is terrible. A 10 min shower turned into a 30 min shower. There is barely any water coming out of the shower head.

The hotel is right across the ferry and customs. The staff were courteous and room services were prompt without any issues. Excellent restaurant and our beds were comfortable. Our room was spacious with small Frig, room safe, TV and free coffee. A easy walk to the hotel. The Empress Hotel and The Parliament building are 2-3 blocks away. The Harbor transportation boats (pickle boats) can take to various stops/various fees.
Huge Hotel that overlooks the harbor for an extra fee.
Beautiful lobby! Elevators are close by and so is the Fathom Restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were delicious.
Pickle Boat Transportation one way is $15 Canadian. About $12 America.
