Housekeeping could be improved. You have to request housekeeping service which is ridiculous since you’re in a hotel and not at home. So we called in the morning making a request for fresh towels (I don’t reuse towels at home due to mildew issues) and general tidying and then went out sightseeing. We returned to our room pretty late that evening and housekeeping never came. The bathtub was still full of wet used towels, garbages weren’t emptied and the bed was untouched. Otherwise the hotel and room was very nice. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful.
