The staff were incredibly courteous and accommodating. They allowed me to check in early, and even offered me a quiet and private place to eat my breakfast. After an unpleasant experience at another hotel, the Rialto was a most welcome change. Beautiful, clean, and spacious. I will stay there every time I visit Victoria from now on.
