It was overall good value for the price. Small things were noticed - hair on hand towel, two conditioners and no shampoo. Area at night was a little sketchy with people hanging around outside adjacent liquor store.

I always choose to stay with the red lion, their prices are fair and the rooms are always clean and spacious. I would recommend the red lion to anyone wanting to stay in Victoria!

The toilet per was used and small half, the parking was full of homeless and wasn’t safe for cars and guests, the chair has stinky stains, dishes were dirty, there was no toothpaste or toothbrush..
