"Generally a great hotel with at a stunning location and well designed interior. Although the rooms could be a bit more spacious for the price. What leads to the lower rating is the bad service. There are really great individuals but in sum this is not good enough for the class this hotel aspires. Two main things: 1) the service at the pool is very inexperienced, forgets items and is very slow (for astronomic prices of €20+ spritzes, €12 Iced Coffees...) 2) We forgot some items in the room and immediately contacted the reception. Only after a second follow up they reacted with a simple "nothing was there" which is obviously wrong, they just didnt check. A further follow up has not been answered by the hotel. In summary: nice for instagram, nice to hang out at the pool but the service needs to improve big time and not worth the price."
