At first glance the hotel is very nice but it seems that they put too much into the appearance rather than function. The bathroom door did not latch properly, the coffee maker didn’t work, the bed frame came away from the wall if you sat up to watch tv( and creaked if you moved), and the toilet that doesn’t hold water ensures everyone knows what you did for quite awhile.

Last minute saviour!

This was a last minute booking after the awful fire that caused Heathrow airport to close down. Our original venue was Vienna so we made some last-minute plans to spend the weekend with friends in London and booked this hotel.. the hotel has a wonderful location close by to many tube stations. The hotel rooms were very large, very well equipped, very clean. Quality of the decor and finishes was very high end. You honestly could not ask for more. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble.
