The room is nice, really close to the center and quiet at night. The only thing that was really disturbing is that we were back at the hotel to rest at 2pm, and suddenly someone was drilling above our heads for more than half an hour. When I talked with the receptionist, she apologized for the inconvenience and said it is maintenance but there was nothing she could do until it is done, so napping was not an option…

Great location, close to Stephansplatz and also the metro station. Comfortable, but rooms / beds not huge, even the Privilege double room. Breakfast had a fairly good range of choices. Staff largely helpful.

Fabulous hotel in the city centre. Would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was ok, but a bit pricey and they had run out of breakfast tea on second morning which was a bit annoying, but plently of other teas and coffees available. The only cups available for tea and coffee were small expresso type cups. This would not put me off the hotel though, just wouldn't have breakfast there next time.

Well furnished room in modern style. Easy check-in with friendly and helpful staff. Great location very close to lots of dining options and short walk to all the main tourist sites. The only quibble is the price of breakfasts - 26 euros per person seems very steep. We made alternative arrangements.

Perfect location in the centre of Vienna. 5 minute walk from St Stephen’s Cathedral and surrounded by so many different options for dining, drinking and shopping. Public transport was easily accessible as well. Hotel was immaculately clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Friendly helpful staff in city centre hotel which is in walking distance for many sights and eateries. It is close to tram and underground stations as well as agood range of shops. A nice place for a city break.
