The Hotel was centrally located to train station, shopping, museums and restaurants. My room was a great size for 3 of us, super clean, friendly and excellent breakfast. I’d definitely stay again.

Perfect location to explore Christmas markets and the old town. Restaurant and bar was great. Staff at the front desk were a little unfriendly at check in. Housekeepers were very nice.

The bathroom was very clean and spacious. However the room for 4 people was ridiculously small. It is an old beautiful hotel so allowances must be made for that. However the beds were very uncomfortable.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel was in a fantastic location, being next to the Votive Church, 5 minutes to the metro station and 20 minutes walk to the centre of the city. Most of the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. However, we did get shouted at by a member of staff for changing tables at breakfast as we initially sat at a table that was not made up with all the cutlery, cups etc. Overall, we did have a wonderful stay and would not let this one incident put us off from recommending or returning.
