Absolutely beautiful hotel, one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The two storey room we had was one of the most unique hotel rooms we have ever stayed at. We loved this place and will definitely return if we come to Austria again. So conveniently located to the train station and a few minutes away from the subway system.

We did not feel that the staff was acting very nice to us. They we not helpfull and they did not seem interested in making our trip great. No hello, no have a nice day, no smiles. Did not tell us where we could find the elevator at check in and did not offer us to leave out suitcase at check out. Not good service

Incredible staff at the hotel

The staff have been amazingly kind and helpful to us. They let us store out bags for 3 days before we checked in, explained where the bags would be since the lick boxes were malfunctioning. To our surprise, the bags were already waiting for us in our room when we checked in. So kind! The kids loved the loft in the room. Bed linens and towels were very nice. Everything was clean and toiletries smelled good. The inly suggestion I have is to update the pillows. They were flat as pancakes and even folding them in half didn't help.
