Room was large, clean. Nice amenities. Staff was gracious every time we interacted with them. Would stay again since locations was ideal, entrance looked onto the front of St. Stephen’s.

You could not have a better location in the heart of historic Vienna. The building has character and the rooms are beautiful.

Beautiful hotel located in the city center. The rooms are charming, offer great views of the city square and provide all the amenities. Hotel is easily accessible from nearby subway station. Beware that this area is very popular with tourists. The hotel is thankfully a bit outside of the core area, but still lots of pedestrian traffic.

Staffs English poor so limited their ability to advise us on restaurants… no English speaking TV channel, even BBC. Hotel restaurant only open for breakfast, even though they showed menus for lunch,dinner- prices high. Lobby very pedestrian which made it feel more like a B and B. Location great. Overall good.

Hotel would be amazing, but the AC doesn’t work. The room was way too warm with no way to cool it down at night. We lucked out and were able to open windows but even then the room was way too warm. Need new air conditioning, existing one is very poor. Everything else was fantastic.

Calm in the Storm

Vienna is bustling, the busiest city in the world but in your hotel you can barely hear a sound and you have all the luxuries and comforts to come back to restore and renew. You need that energy for the chaos of the city. I loved all the small perks and comforts in the room!
