Magnifique vue de la baie de Propriano de la terrasse. Accueil chaleureux, sympathique et généreux. Très bons conseils pour les sites à visiter aux alentours. Séjour mémorable.

Très bon accueil par Christian et son épouse. Tous les deux très charmants et très discrets. L’appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé….il y a de quoi inviter ses amis tellement il y a de la vaisselle et ustensiles. Il ne manque absolument rien ici pour passer un très bon séjour. L’espace extérieur permet de cuisiner et de manger dehors, se détendre sur les transats en contemplant la baie de Propriano. La vue imprenable….le calme….les échanges avec Christian toujours très agréables et avec une bonne dose d’humour. Les commerces à 5 minutes…très pratique ! Nous avons passé un très bon moment chez vous, merci .

Sehr schöne Lage

Uns hat es in Propriano sehr gut gefallen, es ist im Frühling sehr schön und noch nicht so überlaufen mit Touristen. Die Liegenschaft ist gut und unsere Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Am schönsten ist die Terrasse von wo man über die Stadt zu Meer sieht.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft ist etwas schwierig zu finden, wenn man im Dunkeln anreist. der Wegweiser "Sun Studio" wird von Büschen verdeckt. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und Christian hat uns unterwegs abgeholt. Sie sind auch sofort zur Stelle, wenn man sie braucht, und erledigen alles bestens.Die Küche war seit langem die Beste, es war an Geräten alles vorhanden , mehr als man braucht. Super gedeckter Sitzplatz mit schönem Ausblick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. ig zu finden, da der Hinwe is "Sun Studio" von Büschen verdeckt wird. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich

Un super séjour

Nous avons adoré nos vacances dans ce logement, les propriétaires sont adorables et très à l'écoute. La cuisine d'été est très pratique et la vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Une adresse que je garde sous le coude car vraiment c'était topissime. Merci à Christian et sa femme pour leur accueil chaleureuse.

Magnifique séjour !

Le logement est conforme à sa description et à nos attentes. La vue sur le golfe de Valinco est superbe avec un coucher de soleil garanti tous les soirs. Le rez de villa et la cuisine extérieure sont très bien équipés. L'intérieur de la maison reste frais et c'est bien agréable pour y dormir. Les plages et les commerces sont rapidement accessibles en voiture (avec la circulation de début juillet). Christian et son épouse sont super et toujours disponibles.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Die Anfahrt ist zunächst steil aufwärts. Kommt man verspätet vom Flieger, gibt Christian telefonisch Landehilfe und steht im Dunkeln fröhlich winkend an der Einfahrt zur abschüssigen Zufahrt. Und genauso fröhlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit hat er uns gemeinsam mit Marie Claire während unseres 17-tägigen Aufenthalts begleitet. Das überaus großzügige Ferienhausangebot ist in der Anzeige beschrieben, es fehlt wirklich nichts! Zwei komplette Küchenausstattungen, reichliches Raumangebot, zwei Schlafzimmer. Die Ausstattung ist urig, teils antik, und doch fehlen keine modernen Geräte: 4-flammiger Gasherd, Backofen, 4er Toaster, Mikrowelle, drei Kaffeemaschinen, Waschmaschine, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank, vieles mehr – und alles da! Das Leben aber findet meist draußen statt. 150 m über dem Meer ist der Ausblick auf die Bucht und die Bergketten einfach grandios! Abends und nachts sorgen die erleuchteten Dörfer und Hafenanlagen für eine traumhafte Kulisse. Tagsüber schwebt der Rotmilan über der großen Gartenterrasse. Gaby hat wohl über 20 Vogelarten ausgemacht, am häufigsten hört man die Mönchsgrasmücke. Die Lage bietet reichlich Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen, für Ausflüge zu Land und zu Wasser. Allen begeisterten Rezensionen hier können wir voll zustimmen. Für die Lage, die Wohnung und die Ausstattung, für die sehr herzliche Gastfreundschaft, alles zusammen: 100 Punkte! Magnifique écrin corse !

Nous avons occupé cette maison au mois d'août à 4 avec mon conjoint et nos deux enfants de 5 et 7 ans. La maison est extrêmement bien équipée et parfaitement adaptée pour les enfants. La vue est bien sûre incroyable sur le golfe du Valinco et en plein mois d'août en Corse, on est si heureux de se retrouver dans cette maison dans les hauteurs de Propriano, à l'abri du monde ! Son équipement est parfait pour profiter paisiblement des moments en famille face à ce décor de rêve. La maison est relativement bien située pour pouvoir visiter le sud ouest de la Corse (de nombreuses plages sont accessibles rapidement - Baraci, Olmeto, Capu Larosu, Portigliolo, Cupabia...., 5 minutes de voiture suffisantes pour accéder au port de Propriano, un centre commercial est juste à côté pour les courses, les sites à découvrir ne sont pas loin: Campomoro, Filitosa, Tanchiccia, Sartène, Roccapina...). Christian et sa femme sont absolument adorables. A la fois présents pour nous et attentionnés. Bref, tout est là pour passer de merveilleuses vacances !

La vie à l'extérieur

Emplacement calme et centré pour découvrir le Golfe de Valinco et la Corse du Sud. Tout est à proximité. Les extérieurs sont très bien équipés et les propriétaires très discrets. Une semaine très agréable avec une vue du coucher de soleil dont on ne se lasse pas.

Herrlicher Ausblick, Sonnenuntergänge inklusive

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung von Christian und Marie verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas außerhalb von Zentrum von Propriano und hat aufgrund der Lage einen herrlichen Blick über die Bucht. Mit dem Auto ist der nächste Supermarkt in 2 oder 3 Minuten zu erreichen, zu den Stränden und zum Zentrum ist es nochmal ein kleines Stück weiter. Die Wohnung selbst ist liebevoll gestaltet und die Küchenausstattung einfach hervorragend. Alles da, was das Herz begehrt und noch viel mehr. Für alle, die gerne selbst kochen ein Traum. Die Außenküche mit dem großen Tisch lädt zum Verweilen und zum geselligen Beisammen sein ein, haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Christian und Marie habe uns herzlich empfangen und standen für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung. Auch mit wenig französisch klappt die Verständigung gut, Christian spricht auch etwas Englisch. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
