Calm, refined comfort, and privileged location facing the more emblematic site of the island, the Agios Isodoros chapel resting on its little islet accessible by foot via a long and narrow pathway through the sea, everything comes together to grant you uncommon and typically Greek holidays in this new house (year 2022) on the seashore, which original and fine decoration has been made by its owner, a French antique dealer.

Leros, beautiful island in the Dodecanese archipelago facing Turkey, is still escaping mass tourism and offers varied landscapes and a lifestyle pleasure which have nothing to envy of its neighbours of the Aegean Sea.

Located in the west of the island, along the beach of the little village of Kokkali appreciated for its quietness and its landscape, the Villa keeps close (between one and two kilometers) to the small Kamara town were the essential can be found: supermarket, bakery, tobacco shop, hairdresser, florist, pharmacy, petrol station etc... without missing to mention the Kafeneon-Ouzeria "At Maria's" our friend.

The House

Welcoming up to 6 persons, this Villa of more than 180 square meters has three large bedrooms, each with a King-size bed, air conditioning, large screen TV and with an en-suite bathroom and toilet. Each room has a private terrace.
One of them located on the upper floor is facing the sea and has a large dressing, as another one is located just below on the ground floor, both with a breathtaking view on the Gourna bay. The third one is also located on the ground floor and is opening on the garden.

A living room with an open fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, opens, through a very large window-door, onto a wide shadowed terrace, with lateral benches equipped of matrasses and cushions together with tables and chairs enabling to enjoy an outside life night and day.

Some steps, and you reach the garden where a small pathway leads to the small wooden barrier and a few stone steps to the small sandy beach lapped by crystal clear waters known as being the healthiest on the island. From mid-June to mid-October, sea temperature goes usually from 23°C to 26°C according to the wind. After a nice swim, going up to the house, you will find for your comfort an outside after-bath shower area.

For your convenience they can arrange a rental car, scooter(s) or electric bike(s), or if you prefer you can easily rent them by yourself in different places all over the island.
You can also order a taxi to visit the various spots of Leros or enjoy the many restaurants and bars all over.
