The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Villarembert, this charming apartment with chairlifts at 30 meters, ideal to enjoy the 138 slopes of the Sybelles area (4th largest area in France), with swimming pool within the residence, with an area of 38 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a beautiful living room of 16 m 2, an open kitchen equipped, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a balcony. Departure and return ski-in/ski-out, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 16 m2 with TV, sofa bed and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with in particular: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 190) and a television.
- Room 2: a bunk bed
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A balcony of about 8 m2 on the ground floor overlooking the slopes.

Common areas at the residence:
- Outdoor heated swimming pool, about 5 10 meters, secured by an electric shutter, accessible from December 18 to April 15, and from July 2 to August 27. Outside these dates, the pool is closed. (non-contractual opening dates subject to change).
- Sauna (reservation protocol to be seen on site).
- Fitness area.

The apartment is ideally located in Villarembert, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...

You will enjoy the ideal location of the residence 30 m from the ski lift, 300 m from the first shops, and 350 m from the kindergarten ESF. At 1500 m altitude, the resort of Le Corbier will offer you an exceptional panorama on the most beautiful nearby peaks, everything will be combined to ensure you a pleasant stay! A restaurant bar "L'épicurien" is open in the residence during winter and summer. One can eat tartiflette, fondue, raclette but also pizzas. To order, pastries and bread in the morning. Possibility to rent ski equipment...

Activities:
- You will have many activities: alpine skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flight, toboggan runs, dog-guided sledding rides, ski school 600 meters away, mountain biking...
- Many ESF activities, welcome drink with music, HARIBO luge race, human curling, visit to the farm, torchlight descent.
- Station labeled "Family Plus" since 2006 with entertainment suitable for all ages.
- Sports activities: bike park in a balance bike and scooter for 3-12 year olds/ 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, discovery of the peaks on horseback, amusement park "Dragon Island"...

Transport:
- You will be able to park directly in the private numbered parking lot in the basement with a key barrier (standard size for 1 passenger vehicle).
- Bus stop at 50 m which serves different places of the station of Corbier.
- Gare SNCF de Saint-Jean de Maurienne at 25 minutes by car.
- Chambéry airport at 1h15 by car (shuttles possible from the airport).

Other remarks:
- Wifi available - conditions and payment at the reception
- Very good reception of 5G in the apartment.
- The station is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its businesses are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and subject to adjustment by the Corbier station.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Any child swimming is placed under the full responsibility of the parents.
- A paid laundry is available at building A.
- The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a correct state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided upon request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only, subject to modification by our partner.
