The property is fully fenced in. The house has a New BBQ and seating for eight with dining and lounging area on the rear patio.

This 2-story open plan home features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths There's a first-floor bedroom with a full bed on the first floor along with a powder room.

On the second floor there's a bunk room with a bunk bed (twin over full), a main bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom with a bath/shower combination in the hallway between the bedrooms.

The bunk bedroom features a full balcony with a two-person seating area. There is front porch with seating for 4.

The home sleeps 7 and comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a Mr. Coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, pot and pans, Farberware cutlery and service for up to 7 people, there are board games for the entire family. There is an adjustable 47" smart HD TV in the LR, and a 27" smart TV in the first floor BR and 27" smart TV the bunk bedroom.

At the end of the block there is a new park, playground, and sports complex, which is perfect for the kids as well as your guests.

Enjoy the bay only a 2-minute drive from the house for a taste of the Bay beach scene and wonderful sunsets. The bay is a wonderful place for exploring and discovering a world of wildlife and marine life. You'll see plenty of horseshoe crabs, gulls, pipers, and if you're lucky you might even spot a pod of dolphins off the shore or a bald eagle.

Visit the Cape May beaches, take a tour through Cape May with world class restaurants, wineries, breweries, theaters, nature preserves, and other attractions. You can just stay home and barbecue, relax in the hot tub, around the gas fire-pit or take the 10-minute walk to your beach to watch one of our spectacular Delaware Bay sunsets. Travel 5 minutes south to North Cape May and visit the Cape May ferry terminal for a ferry ride or eat at one of the three restaurants with outdoor dining and entertainment. While in North Cape May you can visit the Cape May winery, one of the area's finest. We are located a 15-minute drive to downtown Cape May, and a 15-minute drive to the beaches and boardwalk in Wildwood. Don't forget to visit the Cape May Zoo, one of Trip advisors’ top US zoos with no admission fees.

Beautiful home

We celebrated a girls weekend and had a great time. The home is beautiful and very clean. We loved the hot tub it was clean and working well. We did not use the fire pit so I can’t review that. The host was very good at communication. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This was a cozy spot for a weekend near the shore. 5 adults and a child were comfortable, especially since it was warm enough to use the well equipped back yard. There’s a nice park kitty corner from the house with a good playground too.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay with 6 guests and our fur friends. Everything we needed was in the house. The kids loved the bikes, kept them busy while we weren't out and about. Park down the road is lovely and great for doing a few laps with the dog in the morning. Hot tub and fire pit were supurb! Communication response time with owner was excellent. Thank you for a lovely vacation getaway.

Winter Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay while we were in the area visiting family. There were board games to pass the time, a fully stocked kitchen, and literally anything else you would need for a comfortable stay. There was even shampoo and conditioner provided.

Great little house with lots of extras!

Vincent and Haley were great hosts. Communication was excellent! The place has everything! Including beach tags, bikes, Beach chairs and towels. Plenty of cooking utensils and dishes. Favorite part was the hot tub and firepit. Super clean! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Very nice property,

The house really very nice. Two stories with a lovely master bedroom and nice second and third bedrooms. Really enjoyed the balcony as well as the back space. The property was a little bit further from the beach than I realized, but once we got used to driving to the beach with all of our stuff, it really didn’t matter, took barely 2 minutes, and there is plenty of parking right at the beach. The owner was super responsive, and it was great to be able to bring our dog. Just be informed that the house is very close to the neighboring properties so when you’re in the backyard, you kind of hear everybody else and at the same time they hear you- so we tried to be very quiet and respectful for them. We loved our stay at Cape May, this is a very nice property to enjoy your vacation.

Relaxing getaway

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and comfortable, if not a bit tight in the living room for 6 of us to spread out. The hot tub and patio area were greatle enjoyed by all of us. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. We greatly appreciated having our dog with us and the ease to the beach and town. Beach chairs and umbrella provided were also great to not have to pack.

The best vacation home

The stay at this house was excellent and beautiful. The family loved the area. The house is close proximity to restaurants and fast food and within 10 minutes to the beach you cant go wrong staying here. My dogs loved the park and the dog beach also very close. I would say Vincent did an excellent job with the house being so clean and you really have everything towels, toilet paper, utensils and a first aid kit and batteries who would have tought. I almost forgot the Jacuzzi oh my God this would be the best thing ever just to relax and soak your bones and the outside patio very nice to hangout and watch the sunset. I would say overall this would be our best vacation yet and yes guaranteed to go back next year. Thanks Vince for making this an excellent vacation spot Thank you, Thank you, Thank you....

Great home located within 15 minutes of everything

I recently stayed at a VRBO property and had a wonderful experience overall. The location was perfect, situated within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to visit. The convenience of being so close to major attractions made our trip even more enjoyable. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. However, we did encounter many ants in the kitchen upon our arrival. Thankfully, a helpful neighbor provided ant traps, which quickly resolved the issue. Another minor drawback was the hot tub, which was more lukewarm than hot. Despite these small inconveniences, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Fantastic!

We chose this place for my husband's USCG graduation weekend, and it exceeded our expectations. Conveniently located near all the main tourist spots, the coast guard base, and more, it offered a clean house in a fantastic neighborhood. The outdoor space was ideal for unwinding with family at night. Communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend it, 10/10!

Great getaway!!

Stayed in this beaut for a girls weekend and we had an amazing time! Great location to easily walk to the beach, rode bikes provided by the host Vince around the neighborhood, hot tub and fire pit were awesome, and any questions we had during our stay Vince answered within MINUTES! Great Easter Getaway

Vince and Haley have a beautiful home close to the bay. EVERYTHING you need is already there for you! The house is close to the bay, Cape May beaches, breweries, and the boardwalk. We had a great little getaway!

This home was so nice! Rooms were spacious, in a quiet neighborhood about 4 blocks from the bay beach. We had a great time. Owners did a great job of equipping the home with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Rainy Getaway

Of course our first VRBO rental had to be during the weekend a storm was hitting the east coast. We almost cancelled but then decided it would be raining whether we stayed home or went. This would be the first trip for our two dogs as well. The house is roomy, clean and decorated in a beach theme. There were plenty of games to keep everyone busy on a rainy weekend and we brought a puzzle. Something we hadn’t done in years. I have to say we were I. A mission trying to figure that out. We ordered out and ate out when the weather cleared. We went to a restaurant called Sapore. It was delicious. We cooked an awesome breakfast with all the supplies in the home’s full kitchen. When the weather cleared a bit, we managed to use the hot tub. Even took the dogs for a walk around the park across the street and to run in the grass. We went to Beach Avenue in Cape May to walk the boardwalk and walk through the nearby shops. The house is close enough to get there and far enough away to avoid the crowds. We took the dogs to their first “doggy meal” at the Rusty Nail restaurant and spent some time with them on the front porch just relaxing and watching the rain drops. Neighbors were friendly and we respected their neighborhood. Vincent was extremely responsive with any questions we had. We would love to stay again maybe this time in the sunshine!
