I don’t think customers should have to request for cleaning services. We requested twice but due to their staff miscommunication we had to wait for two days before the room was cleaned.

This property was dirty and when asked to clean our room, it went uncleaned for 3 of our 4 days of stay! When I told the front desk clerk every night about our uncleaned room and that we will be checking out, he said the mgr told him we would have to pay double for unused stay!!! The mgr never called me back and the desk clerk said I could not have the mgrs. superiors number either!

Property dirty! Had hair in sink and lamps and no one came to clean it. I told the GM and she said she wasn’t requested to clean it so she didn’t know I wanted that done!!! I also told front desk.
