I liked everything. However, the shower water was not hot enough. The water pressure in the shower was wayyyyy too low. The carpet should've been cleaned. There was also, mold and holes at the bottom line of the tile in the bathroom. With thus opening it causes mold to occur which is unhealthy.

The front desk staff we interacted with were very nice and incredibly helpful. We didn't have a chance to use any of the amenities such as the pool or restaurant but it was nice to know they were available.

There was a man in our room when we were about to enter. He was the maintenance man doing repairs on the room. We returned to the front desk and this wonderful young lady named Ivy gave me an upgrade. It was awesome. She was very apologetic.and made sure we had a great stay.
