I want to start by saying Andrea and Champane provided us with wonderful service. However, our first room had not been cleaned and the TV in our second room did not work, so the stay was less than ideal.

All of the room doors are set up so they swing shut and **slam** really loudly. Makes sleeping in the morning very difficult when there are early risers with their door slamming up and down the floor. We won't be staying here again.

Roaches in the bathroom

I typically have a good experience staying at Hampton Inns and they have always been my go-to choice of hotels. But unfortunately, this one was a major disappointment in terms of cleanliness. I spotted numerous tiny roaches crawling around the bathroom on separate occasions. This made for an uncomfortable stay, knowing that there were roaches crawling around. The floors were not clean as well and long hairs kept appearing everywhere.

I enjoyed my stay It was nice it was clean only thing I have a problem with when it comes to ALL HOTELS they need to tell their workers to make sure that no hair is left in the bathroom especially the toilet seat their breakfast was not all that hot It was okay if something to put on your stomach till you get to some real breakfast for overall it was awesome

NOT SAFE

Absolutely WORST experience in a hotel I have ever encountered. We travel A LOT for travel soccer so we stay at hotels all around. My daughter comes back to the room from time with friends to find the door is not locked, I close it and open it and correct it doesn’t lock! I had 2 young girls with me. After telling the front desk I want a refund but he can not because the manager is not there and they are completely sold out. After hotels.com reached out to them I then get a call saying they had a last min cancelation I can move. I had to move my 6 year old daughter at 2am to a new room because our hotel room wouldn’t lock! Nothing has been done to try to make this right. I tried getting in contact with a manager to no avail. DONT stay at this hotel if you want safety for your young kids.
