The location was great; however, service was poor at best and even felt like taunting at times. We needed towels for ten and only eight were received initially. We arrive on Friday and not until late Sunday morning where the two additional towel were placed on the ground outside of the door. Additionally, it was difficult cooking as all of the Teflon pans and pots were severely scratched and unusable. While there is a spider issue throughout the area, this location has more than most area and it took about 20 minutes to remove the spider to feel comfortable on the deck. One of the best parts of the stay was the Mexican restaurant. Great staff, food, drinks and pricing. The absolute best part of the location is the ocean. It would have nice to receive more than one set of towels for bathing. For what is being charged that should be a given. Actual dates for the stay were Friday, October 3 to Monday, October 6

Nice Place Not Clean

This place is huge and offered a great space for our family to enjoy our time together. However, it was not clean. I sent photos of a used towel and trash bag left in the bathroom bait room a previous renter, the dirty kitchen trash can to Vacasa and was told they'd look into it and we never heard back from them after that, even after I reached out to them again. Some of the beds were not made up, there was a bare mattress (no mattress pad), a fan was not working, the floors were well worn and unclean and the deck furniture was really dirty, we could not comfortably use that space. Upon check out, I stopped in to speak to a manager rather than post a negative review, I was told to wait... Eventually I left as we were on a time schedule. I texted one more time (on the same thread that they responded to saying that they would look into it) and still, no response. It's really unfortunate, the front end communication was excellent, but the follow through was poor.

Needs to improve Cleanliness

The unit was extremely dirty. Multiple things broken. Refrigerator had bugs in it and was filthy and smelled of rotten crabs. Unit covered in trash, sand, nothing wiped off. No toilet paper at all left in bathrooms. Tubs extremely dirty and didn’t drain. Fridge had big crack in it inside the fridge. Dishwasher rusted inside afraid rust would get in dishes. Cobwebs all over everything. Toys and old food inside couch and hanging out. Balcony door folding doors off hinges. Spoke to Vacassa who eventually sent cleaners. But it delayed our plans by hours and we had to insist it had to be cleaned that night. They said originally they would clean in morning. Not acceptable. Unit is wonderful, great location, love how large the unit is. But it was filthy looked never cleaned. Even the cleaners they sent were shocked they kept saying they couldn’t believe it was rented that way.

Perfect space to meet with family

The space was perfect. The living room and kitchen were big and spacious and each room pretty much had its own bathroom which was very necessary. The place was clean and felt very homey.

Great Location

My favorite part of the condo is the closeness to the beach. We traveled with a 2 year old, so very convenient for us to walk back and forth from the condo to the beach as needed. The condo offered a great bit of room along with a nice size corner balcony. Please keep in mind when booking, the parking garage is VERY confusing. When checking in to get your “welcome package” (parking pass/keys), you’ll receive a map of the garage as well. It seems fine, until you get to the garage and there’s no signage. We drove around a few times before finding our designated parking spot. We actually ended up asking a local from across the street who happens to own the swim up bar located in the condo, because the doors to the lobby to the condo was locked (we arrived a little after 4pm.) Once arriving inside our condo, I was not exactly pleased with the cleanliness. Sure, it’s a beach there’s going to be sand regardless
 but one of the rugs accidentally got flipped up and there was a huge amount of sand.. like it was swept under there purposely. My son was playing on the floor with his toys and when he got up his feet and clothes were black from the floor. One of the bedrooms (with the bunk beds) smelled like mold/mildew, very strong smell. When walking into the kitchen, it also did not smell good.. it reminded me of a wet dog smell. The bathrooms could’ve also used a good cleaning, along with new shower curtains as they were lined with red mildew at the bottoms.

Quiet Beach Town

This was a quiet beach town and easy access to the beach! We have 8 of us in the condo and it was spacious enough for all of us. A couple of things we’d change is it wasn’t close to town for grocery shopping with it being about a 20 minute drive. Secondly, the cleanliness wasn’t 100%. There was sand in two of the beds and under furniture it was dirty/sandy. But if you’re looking for a quiet time away with a less than 5 minute walk to the beach, this is it!
