We were in town for a wrestling tournament at the sports plex this place was perfect 30 min from it and near the beach had everything we needed!!!

Great place, plenty of room

The condo was a great place to stay with our wrestling team. There was plenty of room for everyone and even an air mattress. Parking was easy, access when we first arrived was direct with the instructions. The owners cared and reached out daily to make sure we were good. Definitely highly recommend staying.

Offseason Family Friendly Fun

Highly recommend for families! Great location right off the beach, close to good food venues (Baja’s!) and the park/playground. Quiet during our off season stay (November) but still had all the charm that we love about Sandbridge. Plenty of space for two families (4 adults, 4 kids) and all the comforts you’d need: kitchen, laundry, etc. Hosts were awesome and quickly responsive to questions or minor issues.

Great place - a little sparse!

Really enjoyed the location (very short walk to the beach and outdoor shower) and convenience of the unit within the building (1st floor right by the grills and pool). Plenty of space in the unit for all of us with 4 young kids. The kitchen was a little under-supplied for that many people - you pretty much have to do dishes with every meal if you’re cooking in, the dishwasher is very slow to cycle, and the washer is very loud (like you’re not sleeping with it running loud). Overall it was a great stay and the owners were very communicative and responsive. We’ll definitely look this up again next year!

Fabulous stay

This rental was just as advertised. It was spotless and comfortable, the own gave very detailed directions at check in andcheckout ao the process went smoothly. Very close to the beach and also had several pools available. We had a great time!

We had a great time at our stay in Sandbridge at this unit. The sunset views from the balcony were a highlight for sure! The property owners were quick with communication and eager to help with whatever we needed. Overall a great week!

Condo was nice but facilities were run down

We were excited for our vacation in Virginia Beach, and thought based on the photos the the condo and facilities would have all the amenities to make our vacation great. Though the condo itself was very nice, the outside facilities left much to be desired and certainly were not as depicted in the pictures. First, the pool was not heated and closed at 8:00pm. The hot tub was closed and much of the concrete in pool area was covered in bird waste. The pictures online showed an adult pool with bar but the bar area looked like it hadn't been opened all season. It seems overall that the facility was rundown, which is not what we were expecting. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate and the condo nice. Based on the price and what the amenities actually were, compared to what was expected we would not stay here again.

Everything we were expecting & more! The owners were great with communication and even provided us with a list of activities and restaurants in the area which was a huge help. The check-in and check-out process was flawless and they even provide everything you need to get started which was a huge help since we were getting in late! Definitely recommend for families or friend groups!

The property was everything it was described as. The living room was spacious and a great space to hang out after a long day on the super close beach. The beds, bedding and pillows were amazing and super comfortable. The owners provided everything we needed and had sow amenities we didn’t even think we needed but loved. We would definitely return as this location was amazing and clean. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Beautiful and clean condo!

We were very pleased with our stay. The owners were very communicative and the check in/check out process was seamless. The condo is perfectly located near the pool, fitness center and steps away from the assigned parking area (loading/unloading the car was super easy!). The condo was very clean and we really liked the layout. There are 2 large balconies to watch the sunset. Beds are comfy, kitchen was fully stocked and if you don’t want to cook there are 2 restaurants within walking distance. We loved Sandbridge and thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Great communication

Location: The location of the property was perfect. The beach was a short walk and all other activities (local attractions) was a short walk or drive. Check-In process: The checkin process was very smooth. The only thing I can comment on is the parking garage situation is a bit confusing, but Jaime was able to clear up any issues we had. Cleanliness of property: The property had minor issues when we initially walked in. The floor in the kitchen tile was a bit slippery (unknown reason), and the dishes appeared a little dirty (I believe it was from the dishwasher that might need a bit of a update). The cleanliness overall was not bad and did not impact our stay. Communication: The communication with Jaime was perfect. I have nothing but great words for his accommodations. Overall: My family and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for any family of 6+.

Close to the Beach, Far from the Crowds

Note that the entire condo property is under seasonal maintenance, which we didn't realize when we booked our stay, but was minimally disruptive as it was all external. The condo was private, quiet overall, and comfortable - well-equipped for a seasonal rental. Property owners very responsive and eager to please. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Daughter's 7th birthday

Every year, our daughter goes to the beach for her birthday. The place was beautiful. Lots of room for 4 children and actitivities to do. We enjoyed the pool and looking at the water from the patio. The rooms were cozy and lots of channels on the TV. This was such a lovely place to stay and it is right on the beach so we could just go downstairs and walk to the beach.
