The worst hotel down the beach ! Don’t ever go here ! Racist / can’t guest or anything ! They expect people to be in bed by 9pm ! Bathtub was dirty ! Windows were dirty ! No soap for the dish sink . Smelled old ! I had to buy cleaning products just to feel safe and sanitized!

My name is Mary Martin, I purchased this overnight stay for my granddaughter and her new husband for their honeymoon night, thinking I was getting the best hotel on Virginia Beach for the money. However, they froze to death all night and then discovered in the morning that the slider was open. Maybe you think they should’ve known this, but they’re young and it was obviously left open by some workers because they were unaware of it. Anyways, they left early in the morning without ever being able to enjoy the hotel really. It made my heart sad because my husband and I spent a lot of money to make sure they had a beautiful spot for their honeymoon night. I’m wondering if we can get some compensation for that? Then maybe we could make it up to them another way. They are moving to Japan with the military December 26 of this year. Please let me know how we can handle this matter.

There is carpet in the rooms…was very dirty found crumbs on the floor. Bathroom needs to be updated (peeling bathtub and paint peeling from ceiling) otherwise the bathroom was clean. Bar/Restaurant was understaffed for NYE - bar tender was working the bar, waiting tables and running food upstairs for room service

It was not good experience. Shower did not work properly. You get only cold or hot water. Out side sink didn’t have hot water. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Despite complaining twice no one took an action. They didn’t come clean room for 4 days.

Great location by the ocean. Easy to access the beach and boardwalk. Rooms and lobby area are clean. Breakfast taste great and is kept fresh. The staff is freindly.

Yes room was absolutely clean and smelled nicely. Loved the layout of the 1 bedroom suite. Only thing is I wish the fridge was a bit bigger.
