It was amazing. The hotel is so conveniently located to food, entertainment with the most amazing view. The owners are so helpful and nice. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I will stay there again soon.

The place was dirty the pool was green the door to the pool was falling apart. Then was going to tow my truck because they they thought i was from another hotel but i was the only one left staying there monday afternoon

This was the absolute most disgusting place I have ever stayed in my life! There were stains all over the walls, furniture, bed sheets. The floors were cover in dirt and food from the previous guest and the balcony looked like it could fall apart any minute save your money!

Do not stay here unless you’re desperate

this place was horrible. The cabinet was horrible. The bathroom was gross. They hadn’t cleaned it. I got checked into a room. They would not remove me rooms. I have to beg for stuff every day. I stay there for two days and would not stay there ever again.
I don’t know why these cabinets look like this
You couldn’t even close the cabinet all the way
The bathroom was dirty. There were washcloths that I didn’t take a picture of that did not belong to us and I explained to them they checked me into a dirty room and they didn’t even come and clean my room.

The worst experience I've ever had come on the floor trip walking marks up and down the hallway. The workers they're walking through it as if it's normal. When they do mop they mop the dirt up in the corners and don't get all of the trash up. The rooms were okay but as for the rest of the Hotel beware. The parking garage is nasty and too small. They don't seem to care about the appearance of the building. They charged me $100 whole fee and I still haven't received it and I it's been a couple weeks. Beware!

Very dirty, too many bugs flying around the room, no one came to clean up the room, ask the help desk staff for towels asked for 5 towels and only got 3. Bathrooms sinks is very old and broken. There cracks on the balcony,which is kind of scary. However, location is perfect.

Don’t stay here. The suites are awful! AC is a joke if you want the bedroom to be cool, there is no AC in the bedroom! Had to get a fan from housekeeping. The blankets are old, the curtains have wear & tear & are not sunblock or blackout . The room itself is noisy. The bedroom was on city side not ocean front. That was for the living room. The kitchen faucet handles didn’t actually shut off, you had to find the right spot so it wouldn’t drip. Light switches were hard to figure out & then again they only worked if you found the right one. Some of the electrical outlets (kitchens) didn’t work. No coffee could be made. Hallways had better AC, but wait they leaked so you had to be careful not to step in the water. Ice machine only worked on 7 th floor. There was trash on top of vending machines & ice machines. No food in the vending machine. Advertising it had an indoor pool, it did, but they haven’t bothered cleaning it for now. I guess they think people don’t want to use an indoor pool. This trip was in the beginning of May. Yes I want to use the pool. Parking lot had broken glass behind the stopper for your car so if anyone walking out to beach area could have stepped on it. Still there 3 days later. Check the AC FILTERS in your room, ours was moldy! This place should not be on this list for Expedia!
