Property needs updating. Peeling wallpaper under sink in bathroom, crumbling molding under the mini-fridge. An added towel rack or double rack may encourage more people to reuse their shower towels. The view was great!

This hotel was terrible — it looks nothing like the photos online. As soon as you step into the lobby, it’s clear the place hasn’t been updated in years. On the way to my room, the hallway smelled strongly of mold, and there was a leak in the ceiling near the second-floor elevator. There were “wet paint” signs everywhere — it was obvious they were just painting over mold instead of fixing it properly. The room itself was just as bad: cheap curtains, peeling wallpaper, and worst of all, mold on the ceiling and walls. I’ve never experienced such misleading advertising from a hotel. I immediately contacted Expedia for a refund and switched hotels. I would not recommend anyone stay here — it’s outdated, overpriced, and absolutely not worth it, especially for a beachfront property.

This property is pretty tired and in need of some renovations. Carpet was coming up in areas especially in the section we stayed. The walls looked in need of new paint or wallpaper. The stairwells were dimly lit and not kept up. One of the elevators stopped working. The floors on the first floor were always wet and sandy. In our room one of the sheets on the bed was stained and we lost internet the 2nd day and never got it back. You can hear everything in the hallways. Kids were in the pool screaming until 11pm. One night we went to the on site restaurant for dinner and waited over two hours to get our food which they got wrong. It was also advertised breakfast was $12 per adult and it was $22 per adult. There weren’t ever any beach chairs cuz first floor rooms would take them to their patios. All-in-all a bad stay and I would not recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and staff were friendly. However, the elevators and parking garage were dirty, while a bit separate from the hotel lobby, the elevator still goes up to the rooms. Also, there were no sidewalks outside of the hotel to walk near the street. So it's not walkable. But we loved the room, view was beautiful, check-in was smooth and we enjoyed our night here.

Room 602, smelled it semed to be a leaking AC unit whi h caused the room to smell, the floor / carpet is wet right now , the checkout MOD, stated it was due to recent storms. That's BS I arrived on Sunday the 6th the carpet was wet then no stirm upon arrival .pool was over crowded and dirty

Very nice hotel in a lesser crowded area of VA beach. Nice back patio to the beach. The service from staff is hit and miss. Some are very pleasant while others didn’t want to be bothered at the front desk.
