Renovated traditional stone house with swimming pool, located in Fabci near Poreč.This holiday home is the perfect opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Just a few minutes' drive away in Baderna you will find a grocery shop, petrol station and pizzeria, and the nearest beach is in beautiful Poreč. On the fenced property, guests have a swimming pool, a barbecue with dining table, sun loungers, a children's playground and 2 parking spaces at their disposal.Villa Zinnia consists of two separate units.The first, larger unit consists of a ground floor with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two single bedrooms, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and air conditioning in the hallway.The second, smaller accommodation unit consists of a double room with bathroom on the first floor and a room with two separate beds on the second floor.Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.
