O atendimento não é nada empático. Falta cordialidade dos recepcionistas. Tive que trocar de apartamento. O primeiro estava com o ar condicionado quebrado. O segundo, o ar estava comprometido também e o quarto cheirava mofo. O café da manhã é muito fraco. O ponto alto do hotel é a localização.

Fui muito bem atendido exceto por um episódio de péssima conduta. Estava no meu quarto com minha noiva estudando para uma prova no dia seguinte qdo escutava vibrações de uma bateria (Instrumento musical). Demorei p identificar ate ao questionar na recepção a funcionária disse q na barbearia (Abaixo do quarto) o responsável teve autorização para tocar. Ora, uma barbearia é autorizada a tocar bateria abaixo de um quarto de hotel? Enfim, lembro aqui q esse hotel fica em um tipo de condomínio de uso misto e a falta de bom senso do síndico e/ ou do proprietário estimularam esse conflito. Inacreditável.
