It was just not a good experience. My room was not clean. The sheets were still on the bed from the person that had the room. Prior to me, there was food left in the microwave and food left in the refrigerator.
And food on the floor.
There was no hotel,we had to go to another town and find a diff hotel, with no help from hotels . Com and then they are saying that we have to pay no matter what??
Disappointed I was charged an additional $75 for 90 minute early check-in. Bed was not comfortable at all. Room, linens, and towels were clean. Happy with room conditions. Whirlpool tub in suite was nice. Personnel could be friendlier. Got yelled at the day prior to check-in when I called to see if early check-in was available. Was told $50 for early check-in. Was charged $75 the day of. No wifi password was given. No explanation of breakfast hours or pool hours was offered. Had a wedding to attend so wasnât in the room much. Location was convenient. Ice machine was broken, however ice was offered at the front desk. Overall, the hotel was nice, but staff could be nicer. TL;DR - Iâd stay again if ever returning to the area.
This is a very good hotel, Itâs ran by an even more amazing manager, has all the qualities of a good manager; kind, informative and attentive to your needs no matter what time he is always there for you. All in all an amazing choice I would recommend highly
Air conditioning in the room did not work had to get the clerk up there got it working partially never offered another room even though I asked. The second day stay there was kids running all through the hallways being loud and at 5:30 in the morning the air conditioning started making a loud banging noise and woke me up I told the clerk he said I should have called him and he would have swap my room even though I was going to check out in an hour but he would not switch the room the day that I pointed out the bad air conditioning
