Umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern mit Ausblick auf die voralpenländische Gebirgskette der Salzburger und Chiemgauer Alpen lädt Sie zum Wohlfühlen ein. Entfernung vom Ortskern 2,5 km und zum Waginger See ca. 4,5 km. Der Chiemsee ist 22 km entfernt, Traunstein als Einkaufsstadt 13,5 km.
Zur neuen Ferienwohnung mit 95 qm gehört eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafräume mit je einem Doppelbett, optional gibt es noch ein Kinderbett für Kinder bis 3 Jahren, Bad, extra WC, Abstellräume für Bügelutensilien und eine Waschmaschine, die kostenfrei für Sie zur Verfügung steht. Vom Balkon genießen Sie den unverbauten Blick ins Grüne. Im Außenbereich stehen Gartenmöbel mit Grillmöglichkeit extra für unsere Gäste sowie für die Kinder eine Schaukel, ein Sandkasten und ein Fußballtor. Ein Tischtennistisch, eine Einstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder und ein Parkplatz direkt beim Haus sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Wlan nutzen Sie während Ihres Aufenthaltes natürlich kostenfrei. Wunderschöne herzliche Begrüßung von allen drei Gastgebern (Frau, Mann und Sohn)Exzellente Lage, umgeben von Feldern und Kühen. Der Blick auf die Alpen war garantiert. Wunderbare Woche gehabt mit unseren Kindern. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir werden sehr wahrscheinlich wieder kommen. Wir wünschen alles alles gute für eure Zukunft. Toller Urlaub in schöner Umgebung bei bestem Wetter

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit großem Garten. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern! Sehr gute Ausstattung, hier wurde an Alles gedacht. Sehr nette Gastfamilie, wir kommen gerne wieder.
