This house is very comfortable and the view is wonderful. Wagstaffe is probably among the best parts of the overpopulated central coast but many would forgive that for the views and access to the water.I found the stairs inside the house very challenging. One set has no railing to hold onto and the others to the laundry were very very steep. At 78 and with a weak left leg these were bordering on dangerous for me and I wish I had known before I spent over 2000 to stay there. It was also difficult with my dog because there were few places for her to walk or relieve herself, particularly given the threat of ticks, with or without tick protection, The standard of the house is very high in every other way and overall I was glad I had the experience, despite leaving a day early.
The property had everything we needed. Very peaceful great place to unwind. Lovely views and it was great exploring all the local beaches and cafes. We will definitely be back.
Spacious house with tasteful decor and lovely leafy outlook with water view. Well supplied kitchen with all utensils and a basic selection of condiments. Wifi was down for most of our stay. Lots of mozzies when we stayed (January) which meant we tended to avoid eating out on the deck - mozzie coils would be appreciated. Bring your aerogard. Also a lot of clunking noises on the roof from dropping gumnuts and branches through the night
The property was very clean. It has the best stacked kitchen that Iâve ever stayed in. Quiet street opposite the national park. Amazing to wake up to birdsong.
We had a great stay at Wagstaffe - the location was peaceful and the house was really comfortable.
Great outlook with the sounds of nature all around you.
We loved our stay in Wagstaffe. The house felt light and airy, was well equipped, and had a beautiful view from the protected deck. Will definitely stay again
We had a truly beautiful stay. The house is divine with beautiful views. Itâs a lovely peaceful neighbourhood around with great walks, nice coffee and friendly locals. Special mention to the gorgeous Kookaburras who visited each afternoon. Great communication with the host. With much gratitude, we will be back.
Loved most of our stay th property was wonderful great views ..all with lovely extras in the house the tv antenna was playing up so we could only watch DVDs but the owner was very obliging for us with options ...we loved our stay and would definitely recommend and be back again.
An excellent property full of charm, perfect for the 3 of us and a little dog. Spacious accommodation with dvds, books and scrabble for rainy days and beautiful walks in the national park on sunny days.
This is a lovely property with modern conveniences, with a well stocked kitchen and loads of books, magazines, DVDs and streaming entertainment to make your stay easy and relaxing. We found the beds and furniture very comfortable and the view from the living room and deck was wonderful, a real treat!
Great location with a short walk to the shop and bush walks. The property was stunning. Anna was also great in arranging a port a cot and high chair for our nine month old. Would love to stay again.
If you want to actually get away from the hustle and bustle, but not have to drive for hours, this is a great spot. This house is convenient and relaxing, high on a high with great views.
We couldn't fault this property or the booking process. The house includes a very well-stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings. The view is the cherry on the top - so relaxing to sit in the lounge or on the roomy deck and just gaze out.
This place is a serene escape in a beautiful location overlooking Hardy Bay - shared only with nature and numerous Bush Turkeys. The house is generously spacious and provides for every need - particularly in the exceptionally well equipped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is powerful.. ! This is a place to return to.
