Not very walkable if you have mobility issues. The property is phenomenal but having spent so much money to also get married on the property, we had the most outdated room out of all our guests which was unfortunate.

This place could be better if they update the rooms. The beds, decor and linens are old. The carpets and bedrooms fixtures are old too. It’s a good place to stay, though. Lots of walking as the entire place is huge. The tram is slow.

The hotel is very outdated rooms are old and we even saw roaches. They charge for everything and then some. The grounds of the hotel are beutiful rhe lagoon an awesome spot no actual beach area to go swim in. Eberything at the lagoon is extra like kayak paddle board snorkeling these shpuld all be free considring they charge you an additional resort fee. There js a market/grocerybstore up the road about 1 mile do all your eating there because the food at the hotel was not good at all

Loved all the pools, didnt like leaving deposits for pool towels daily. Paying for transportation to the markets on the same property owned by the hotel. Times for resturants and stores were not convenient.

Booked with email. Staff had a problem checking me in because I didn’t have an ID with my email name. I requested joined rooms, it didn’t even show up on my reservations. Room had cockroaches, broken sliding closet door, A/C turned on and off but didn’t cool, broken hinge on refrigerator cabinet. A really terrible experience.

Beautiful resort, staff could be friendlier.

this is a beautiful property. Parking is 50.00 per night and very, very far from hotel room. took 30 mins by tram. my room was 1092, so also, very far from anything. My toilet was not working, so had to have someone come in to repair. Room could use an update. Staff not the most cordial for the most part. Dinner at the pub thurs night, waitress had nothing to say, not friendly and breakast today, waitress was not very friendly, just turning and burning tables @ 50.00 per person for brunch. most people I met and talked to, go off property for meals. perhaps due to the staff?

There were a lot of shopping options, but because it's a resort, be aware that the prices are very expensive. It would be worth the drive to a grocery store for common goods. The Italian restaurant (nui) is VERY expensive, we opted for it since on our first day check in was close to the time our baby goes down for his sleep. 4 entrees plus dessert totaled to around $230. The condition of the room was great! it was an upgraded/renovated room and it was phenomenal. They also provided cribs for my two babies but we ended up just needing one. The bathroom in the master bedroom was awesome. Walking to the towers normal paced took about 10-15 minutes. Fast pace about 8 minutes. Very family friendly as the hotel had a ton of amenities. The tram didn't drag, i honestly like how long it takes because we got to decompress from the day travel. We were able to take the boat too which was a lot of fun for our toddler. the swimming pools were great. Kona walk up bar had the best drinks (ube lava was my fav).

Slow check called front desk on hold forever as well after check in. Lost my ear buds havent heard back, my tracking shows it was left in room so should've found by know so most likely staff stole them. So not happy probably stay at Marriott next time no sure why i tried to give Hilton a chance. But now stay with a company I know.
