Although it’s dated in many areas, especially the rooms, all the things that needed to be great were - heated pools, spa and grounds were wonderful. Limited dining options and nothing in a mid range anywhere. No cutlery, plates or microwave as well don’t help when travelling with kids. As mentioned the rooms really need a renovation, but we’re absolutely comfortable, warm and quiet. Our balcony view over a small garden and water feature was perfect. Whilst some staff were a little more stern than I’d like, overall amazing people.

The facilities were great. Disappointed our large groups were unable to watch rugby in the bar area. Its a shame they dont utilize the restaurant area for dinner & use the bar as a bar area.

The resort is in urgent need of a comprehensive refurbishment. Our first room (114) was unbearably hot, with no way to switch off the heater and no maintenance staff available over the weekend, forcing us to sleep with the patio doors open in mid-winter. The beds were uncomfortable and the complimentary buffet breakfast was disappointing—not nearly worth the $38 charge. On our final night we were moved to a different room, which allowed proper temperature control and featured far more comfortable beds. The gym was well stocked but the equipment is visibly dated. In contrast, the pools and sauna were excellent, and the meals in the restaurant were very good, albeit excessively expensive. Unless the property undergoes significant upgrades in the near future, I cannot recommend a return.

Room was spacious, though nothing fancy. Requested and got another pillow. Then we had to go back to reception to get a remote for the TV - they didn't answer the phone (we tried many times). Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely and hot.

It was good for the price we paid. My son enjoyed the thermal pool. The only reason kids want to play in pools is to jump and splash (cause that is how they see water as fun). Being told not to is counter intuitive. Luckily we met lots of like-minded families in the lower pool. We never went to the other pool as we heard that kids were told off there. Staff were generally friendly, our room was mostly clean.
