All good, except the Room had no Intercome and the Kettle was rusty old. plus is the Hot Pools and children playground.

This property is tired, trading on former glory. Carpets worn, single glaze windows, poor insulation between hallway and room walls makes it noisy.The toilet ran for approx 10 min after each flush in one of the rooms we booked. In the other room we booked, the heater didn’t work. Poor attention to detail i.e. a newly installed sink didn’t have the sticker peeled off properly so its just dirty, sticker backing on the sink...uggh. Our room fad anrs, the other room we booked wasn't cleaned properly after previous stay because there were still peanuts on the floor upon arrival. I could go on...but in general, its tired, trading on former glory, lack of attention to detail and not really clean.

Comfortable and convenient

Just an overnight stop in Taupo and the reception was very friendly. It was great you could check in any time which reduced stress for us travelling with a toddler. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. An enjoyable stay.

Great, but breakfast not worth the money

Generally great, breakfast would have been great at half the price, it was a good basic buffet breakfast but the price was for something much better. Coffee was from a machine that seemed to be filter although it said esspresso, and only eggs were scrambled.
