The swimming Pool had no water. No working internet, tv, or room phone. Staff wasn’t interested in helping. Breakfast included 2 waffle irons for large groups of people so there were long waits. There was no other warm breakfast option. The coffee machine didn’t work so we finally asked for help. It was out of supplies so the staff fixed it begrudgingly. The water came out of the machine so hot that it melted the cup and burned my hand. The footsteps sounds from overhead were very loud all night. The shower curtain was too short so the water came out all over the floor. There were small and inadequate towels. The window coverings were not afequate. Mainly the staff were really unhospitable. We have never given a poor rating to a hotel before.

I should not have been charged for my service pet. I have never been charged for my service dog. Was told by the desk person that South Dakota law does not permit service dogs. Not true. Expedia led me to believe that my service dog was acceptable.

We went to check in, and were told we needed to go to Days Inn, that they were overbooked. When we got to Days Inn we found that they did not accept pets. So back to Americas Best we go. They found a room for us, and the room was good. It was a pain, but we were accommodated and all is well

This stay would have been tops all the way around except the blow dryer didn’t work. When I reported it to the front desk, it seemed like they already knew about the issue. They did not have a backup for use. Other than that, great place for a small group of tourists.
