The person who checked us in was terrible. He should be fired. The person at checkout was nice. A/C had no turn off button we could see so had to unplug it. Not enough coffee for two mornings.

Quiet stay and very convenient. Nice to have breakfast each morning with great options. Our door key had to be re set each night which was a bit annoying at the end of the long day, but staff were friendly about it. Upon check out when asked how my stay was, I said all of the above and was told I must've put my room card next to other cards or magnet. I did not. So hopefully they can fix this situaton for others!

We stayed in a pet friendly room. It probably hasn’t been remodeled in a while but it was well-maintained and very clean. Beds were not super premium but definitely comfortable enough for our one night stay. Staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast was okay but leaning a little more carb oriented than I would have preferred. Coffee was decent and more drinkable than that offered in many hotels. Would consider staying again if passing through Walla Walla.

This is an okay hotel, easy walk to downtown. The breakfast is a little sad and there were a lot of flies in the dining area. The fitness room is tiny and I think someone stole the 10 lb weights. Would only stay there again if not many other options and I wasn’t going to spend much time in the room.

The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s just an old place that needs a lot of love and updated. Beds and pillows should be upgraded soon!! It is close to town and very convenient. It’s ok for a night or two but that’s it.

If you are paying off season or mid week rates this is a perfectly acceptable motel. It’s closer to downtown than some of the other hotels of similar price points in the area. It has a decent continental breakfast with some nice hot items. Beds are comfortable enough. But when you are paying weekend summer rates it feels a little less nice. It’s a bit grungy just more from age than lack of cleaning. Our shower didn’t seem to have very hot water and the door lock didn’t work well, it took 4-5 tries every time. The room smelled like it may have been a smoking room many years ago. But we’ll probably stay again if we have to go to Walla Walla on a wine weekend as it is one of the more affordable choices and we try not to spend too much time in the room anyway.

Nice, large room, clean but outdated

We enjoyed a king suite with a kitchen and table. We were having our house painted so we needed a place to stay to get away from the mess and fumes. We cooked dinner both nights in the hotel. We brought our own pots and pans as the ones available were very scratched. There was a dishwasher, but no soap, so we washed everything by hand. It was still nice to have the extra space while we were here. The jacuzzi was nice, the pool was a little cool but refreshing. The shower was nice, but the space was small and the door stuck. Still, I would stay here again, even with the outdated furnishings. I liked the air conditioner which stayed on all night instead of going off and on and I liked the large space.

This hotel was disgustingly dirty. The carpets looked like they had not been cleaned forever. In the hallways, and in the rooms, our bed was slanted down, just an overall bad experience. The staff was friendly enough though.
