The room was lovely and we really enjoyed the suite. The only issue we had was the air conditioner fan was a little noisy, but we just turned it down and it was fine. Our overall experience was excellent.

Convenient location in downtown Walla Walla. Easy drive to many vineyards. Hotel is vintage but in need of a refresh that is in keeping with its character. The rooms are spacious. Room temperature control is lacking. The bathrooms are old, not updated and tiny. The staff throughout the hotel are helpful and polite. The reception staff are efficient but too rigid and unbending when treating a customer with hotel status.

Really liked staying there. A little pricey for the room for what we got but we understand it’s a historical building and a historic hotel. Definitely need to make sure that they allow their guest to dine in the dining room with priority. We tried to get a reservation and we were told we didn’t need one and then when we did go down to eat, we were told it would be an hour and a half wait but there were plenty of tables available. A little disappointing, but we did enjoy the study. Cocktails were delicious.

well appointed, but needing more light!

I love that they had pour over Coffee and Carr in our room. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The lighting was incredibly dim, even with all the lights on. It was hard to see. But the room was well appointed I love to work out when I’m traveling and the workout room was nice but a little outdated with a need of mats for anything on a rug. And matching weights under 15 didn’t exist. Restaurant was nice as well! And it’s nice that they have some small tasting rooms associated with it. Everybody was very pleasant. And friendly and helpful.

We liked that it was a historical property. The restaurant had a nice breakfast offering and was reasonable considering it was in the hotel. Walla Walla is a cute, walkable town. Nice restaurants and many local wineries in town and /or a short drive from town.
