Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger, zentraler Lage von Hooksiel in der Nähe vom alten Hafen, direkt am Hooksieler "Tief". Hier fühlen sich besonders die Angler wohl, da sich ein Räucherofen und Boot direkt am Haus befinden. Beide Wohnungen sind sehr gemütlich und wurden mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Und sollte das Wetter mal nicht so gut sein, dann finden unsere Gäste alles, was man benötigt, um die Zeit in der Wohnung oder bei der Überdachten Terrasse zu verbringen. Wer einmal in Hooksiel Ferien gemacht hat, will immer wieder hierher. Gesunde Luft, auch mal als "steife Briese", Küste, Wasser, Schiffahrt, grüne Landschaften soweit das Auge reicht, die Tiede und viele Naturlandschaften machen die Region Friesland zu einem einmaligen Lebens- raum für Mensch und Tier. Hooksiel mit seinem typisch friesischen Flayr zieht seine Badegäste immer wieder an die Nordsee zurück. Es ist wie mit der Tide, also die Gezeiten oder Ebbe und Flut: wer einmal Ferien an der friesischen Nordsee verbracht hat, den zieht es immer wieder dorthin zurück.
