Location, style, and comfort come together in this chic two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Mountainside. Our condo features modern amenities including gas fireplace, high-end furniture and a fully equipped kitchen.

Spacious, clean, and quiet. Relax on a private deck or cozy up to a gas fireplace in the living room. Our open-concept living/dining area has a Smart TV, Alexa with Bluetooth speaker, and is perfect for family gatherings or entertaining friends.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes all your cooking essentials, plus extras such as a waffle maker, rice cooker, food processor, slow-cooker, and toaster oven. The dining area comfortably seats six and is great for entertaining guests.

The entry has a racking system for helmets, coats, to keep your gear organized and dry, plus there is a rubber mat for boots and shoes.

On the first floor you will find the main bedroom, which is furnished with a queen-size bed with high thread count bedding and blankets. There are three closets plus two dressers which provide plenty of storage space. It also includes the primary bathroom with shower/tub includes premium towels, hair dryer, hand soap and paper products.

On the top floor is the second bedroom/loft which has three twin beds with soft sheets and blankets to keep you warm at night. The second bathroom includes a shower and jacuzzi tub, plus all the amenities you need. There is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board for guests' use.

Mountainside’s deluxe two bedroom units are located in the heart of the Sugarbush Village at Sugarbush South (aka Lincoln Peak). No need to get back in your car – located on the Out to Lunch trail to the mountain’s lifts and a stone’s throw to a variety of restaurants, Pubs, Pizza and Child Day Care. Guests love the unique convenience of being able to ski directly to Mountainside Ski Shop, drop off equipment for tuning, pop in to Rex’s for a Heady Topper, then pick up a Pizza and the kids before heading home! SHaRC is within walking distance and for a small fee, you get access to pools, hot tub, exercise facilities and classes, indoor tennis, racquetball squash courts, and massage.

In the summertime, there is an outdoor heated pool (June 15 – Mid Sept). Guests enjoy the trail walks along our babbling Rice Brook, mountain biking, hiking and disc golf. Or relax and chill out with a book on your private patio.
