Very limited restaurant on the Tuesday night we stayed. 20 min walk to the centre with dining options. Hotel is lovely and we squeezed in a hot springs session the morning we checked out. Definitely recommend that. Great facilities.

Good position for walking and swimming

We have stayed here a few times, hotel is a short walk for swimming at the beach and a number of walking tracks, which is what we go there to do. We find it is probably only 20 min walk up to main part of town for a choice of eating places as well. Hotel clean tidy and comfortable with excellent staff. Parking around hotel can be tight when busy, not enough parking even with the undercover parking as you get extra people going there for the spa sessions that don’t necessarily stay there. Very good place to stay.

Even though renovated the property lacks the updated feel. The floors are ‘lumpy’ is the only way I can describe them… who ever laid the carpets definitely didn’t level the floors first!! Otherwise staff are wonderful, hot springs are lovely - including the indoor mineral pool. The standard indoor pool is FEEEZING!
