My mom and I had a connecting flight the next day from Warsaw to the US so I decided to book us a room here as it is across the street from the airport. When we got there, we were quickly helped out and given the key to our room. However, the next day for breakfast we were not satisfied with the service, as one of the cooks making the breakfast was extremely rude. I asked for an omelette and was given scrambled eggs with the ingredients I had requested. When he handed me the breakfast he had a smirk on his face, very bothersome. Anyhow, that left a bitter taste in our mouths as we were just wanting to enjoy our breakfast before our flight. Also, the table servers were nice but every so often would come around and take plate after plate which made it seem like this is how they move people out without asking them to leave. Given the amount I paid for the eight-nine hours we were there does not make me a happy customer. But we’ve learned a thing or two about the experience, I guess.
