In the vicinity of the flat there are a variety of cafes, museums, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. Numerous public transport stops and a metro station (Ratusz Arsenal) are an additional advantage. Just 400m from the flat there is a tram line and 800m there is a swimming pool.
