We recently stayed at this VRBO rental and had a mix of positive and disappointing experiences.On the positive side, the home was well stocked with everything a family might need, including thoughtful extras that made our stay enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable, and the locationâespecially being close to the community poolâwas convenient.However, several issues impacted our stay. Although the pool was a big reason we chose this property, it was extremely overcrowded both times we visited. There were no available chairs and not even space to lay a towel, so we had to leave. During peak seasons, there does not seem to be enough space to accommodate guests.We were also disappointed that the fire pit was not working. Management did offer to fix it, but coordinating repairs during our vacation was not practical. The upstairs arcade game, listed as an amenity, was also not functioning.Additionally, the floors were very dirty. This was especially concerning as we had an infant with us and did not feel comfortable letting him on the floor. Even our socks became extremely dirty from walking around.The rental company did apologize and provided a small credit for our inconvenience, which we appreciated. However, these issues should have been addressed prior to arrival.Overall, the property has great potential, and the working amenities were enjoyable. However, due to the cleanliness concerns and unavailable features, we would be hesitant to book this property again.
