Unfortunately, "resort fees" strike again. Expedia says taxes and fees are included; and yet they still tried to charge me again. Check in was not fun and I felt like I needed to totally be on my guard to avoid getting double charged. Saw this happen to multiple people at check in. Too bad, since the hotel was fine otherwise.

The hotel is conveniently located to the convention center and restaurants. Wonderful staff, clean rooms, great views from the rooftop bar and lounge, and great entertainment. My only gripe would be the lack of drawer space but I managed.

Beautiful property, beautiful rooms. The location is great and it’s pretty quiet. However, the staff needs proper training and they need to do a better job with explaining policies and procedures. Check out says 12pm, but then they said checkout was actually at 11am and I would be charged a $75 fee. Apparently, they haven’t updated the 3rd party websites and all of them say checkout is at noon. Also, there was a man that came to the door to kick us out and opened the door around noon! It would’ve been nice to know at all 11am, but people didn’t start contacting me until past noon. Then they were also rude at the desk and didn’t try to accommodate at all, even though they acknowledged that the third party information hasn’t been updated. So please be cautious and make sure to ask the right questions up front before checking in.
