We went to rooftop bar for appetizers and drinks and got charged a large party (20%) gratuity even though there were only two of us. This added almost $12 to our bill. The restaurant had poor service as well. We ordered dinner and drinks but the drinks never came. The food was ok but our waitress seemed totally disinterested in being there. On Sunday night the rooftop bar blasts music until 11:00 pm which makes going to sleep a challenge. It’s a good hotel from which to go to ball games but they have work to do in terms of customer service.

Room temperature was poor. Too hot then too cold thermostat must have been broken. When I spoke with the front desk, nothing was done. Maintenance wasn’t there ( I understand that since it was after 10pm)

Very nice staff but had called the day before and asked if my daughter who was getting there 2 hours before me if she coild checked in early. No problem. Well she got there and they told her no since i wasn't there yet. She sat in the car for 2 hours. After we got checked in ot was all great.

Too hot

The lowest temp available on the thermostat was 67 degrees and the temperature was never near that low in our room. The air conditioning came on and blew cool air but not nearly long enough. Terrible trying to sleep in a hot room. Other than that the hotel was fine.

Awful experience. Room smelled. The website states it had a rooftop bar and found out rather quick thweren’t allowed up there. It wasn’t open also breakfast wasn’t available during the times it was suppose to be open.
