It was a good location. The rooms are smaller than expected. The bathroom was extremely small. Couldn’t properly use the toilet because it was catty cornered. Overall it was an okay stay.

-Location is close to well-known spots such as White House, People’s House, etc and, most importantly, the Metro so it’s easy to access far away places. -There is nearby 7eleven, Mcdonalds, coffee shop, etc so we can grab a bite anytime. -I like how it’s also just next to a park (if anybody wants to spend some time outside) -There is television, safe, closet, and coffee maker. Also there is unlimited coffee or tea in 2nd floor. And unlimited drinking water access per floor -Staff is nice, helpful Cons: -Our room smelt a little off the first time we got there, had to open the windows to let some air in. -Cleanliness was… so-so. We saw some things left by previous occupants behind the bedside drawers like prescription glasses. -Fridge wasn’t working. Didn’t bother to report it anymore as I don’t want added stress.

There is nothing fancy about staying here yet, I feel safe. The location is great. The staff is friendly. I think the decor is super modern and fun and the bed is really comfortable.

Great location

Clean and great location. Lower levels get all the street and subway noise. Bathroom small but works, bed was ok. Complimentary water bottles and water stations were a great surprise. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was terrific, and the suite suited our purpose for two stays totaling 16 days, with comfortable chairs, table, microwave and refrigerator. Plus the great corner windows. The water dispenser on the 11th floor had water coming through it, but it wasn't chilled or purified. When we were on the 11th floor, I popped back down to the 10th to refill water bottles. The space next to the window side of the bed was tight on the 10th floor and practically non-existent on the 11th, so agility is recommended for at least one person (if you're two).
