Front desk staff are welcoming and took pride in providing excellent customer service. Very impressed with the cleanliness of our room, the breakfast room, and the front desk area. We felt safe and confident that our room, bathroom, beds, desk and chairs are sanitized to safeguard our health. Breakfast was great and we appreciates the variety of food selection.

Unfortunately, the room I was assigned was located directly above the hotel entrance, and there was a significant amount of noise every time the doors opened to welcome guests. This made it difficult to rest, especially during the night. Additionally, there was a persistent noise coming from the toilet due to a malfunction inside the water tank, which caused water to continuously leak. I wanted to bring this to your attention in case it helps improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Good in spite of...

There was a hole in the ceiling from a poor repair job. The water pressure was very low and the sink faucet was too short to get your hands under to wash them. I thought it ridiculous that they required a $100 deposit when they already have your credit card number. The bed was very comfortable and the location was good for seeing the sights.
