Property snd staff great but adjoining downstairs bar and dining was closed for private function on Thanksgiving day which significantly limited food and drink options and availability

The bathrooms need an overhaul/re-model. The HVAC could be better regulated so that it doesn’t run all night wasting energy, The shower drains need to be addressed. The water puddles as you shower, and it’s unhygienic The front desk can smile more and look like they’re actually happy to see you walk through their doors. The bartender IS the highlight of the hotel. I attended the GU Entrepreneurial Summit this month, and he was very hospitable, even when he was very much in the weeds. I won’t be staying there again. I will definitely go back for the restaurant!

Very nice boutique hotel. Room was clean and has everything you need. Nice restaurant and bar. Area around with a lot of shopping and restaurants. Nearby Potomac river park you can stroll. Checking area and reception small and receptionist not welcoming. Just do not understand how so beautiful hotel has unwelcoming and not caring stuff at checking .

The Inn was nice & in a great location. It could use some updating, especially in the rooms/bathroom. The restaurant was good but pricey. Overall a nice stay to be near everything Georgetown.

Stayed here in late fall, and it was quite charming with the holiday decor in the lovely lobby and the quaint Georgetown neighborhood. However, the location isn’t very convenient for public transportation - only the bus. Overall, while pleasant and clean and friendly staff, nothing stood out enough to make me want to return, as the room felt a bit dated and unremarkable.
