There is not a lot of personal to ask for information of what you need coming off a plane. Where is the nearest grocery store, kinds of restaurants near by, emergency hospital. There is someone at the front desk that is overwhelmed with daily mail packages. The pool was closed for 3 days of our 5 day stay. Boooo

Pros: -Close to the metro and supermarket. -Clean apt in well maintained building. -Excellent gym. Cons: -Be prepared to check in exactly at 4.00. -You will have to buy everything for the apt- (garbage bags, dish washing pods, salt etc.). They did leave one pod and one sachet for a load of laundry. No hand towels in the kitchen, or utensil to flip eggs. -The water pressure in the apt is awful, especially the shower. -The bracelets the management company left didn't work so we had to punch our numerical code in the elevator every time we used it. -Don't plan on using the pool on the weekend. No seats at all and it's super packed with people and their guests. The pool is small, but my 13-year-olds had a good time. Kids under 16 are not allowed to be left by themselves in the pool, so every time I had to use the restroom the kids had to get out. -I was given 3 towels for 3 people, and we had to use these for the pool too. Luckily, they were responsive to my e-mail and brought some more.

The place itself was very clean and cozy. However, communication was not ideal, I was hung up on and service was slow (more than an hour wait, compared to the original told time which was 45 minutes). I was also not provided with body soap, wash cloths, pool passes, or an actual location to throw away trash. Some of the lights did not work as well, either lacked a knob or a cord in the first place.

This was a great temporary apartment for my stay in DC. I would’ve extended for much longer if there was any connection to get hotel points. It was clean, quiet, perfectly equipped, and just comfortable overall.

The property is my #1 choice when I have business in DC however the unit I was staying in this time was missing a remote in the room which I had to contact Ms Bushra who definitely was of help even though it was her day off!!! She is a very nice and responsive person that always check to make sure everything is fine. There was also an issue with the sofa that I reported to her as well

Pros: Great location, good amount of space, porch area was beautiful, staff was helpful, kind, and courteous, resturaunt attached to the hotel, Ted's, was amazing! Cons:Parking was not only $40 a day but if you left at anytime throughout the day you also paid for that amount of time as well. Finding the building was also a challenge as its not called Global Luxury Suites, the building is called Revel. Upon check out our access to the building was cut off and we couldn't even access the elevator to leave, and we left well before checkout. Couch was dated and uncomfortable, beds are very firm and low to the ground. Dinner table was also dated and flimsy, chair leg lost a screw while we were there, cabinets above the fridge had several exposed bent nails that could have easily hurt someone.
